This is my favorite time of year. The crisp cold weather with the promise of snow in the air, twinkling lights on the trees, hot chocolate by the fire, carols, and of course the decorations all put me in the holiday spirit. One of the best things about hosting Share Your Style is the opportunity to view all the wonderful holiday ideas from the best of the blogs. And even though it is only the very beginning of the season, our party-goers are already dazzling us with tons of creative seasonal ideas to help usher in the holidays.

This Week's Featured Links:

These easy no-bake Christmas candle treats from All That Jas are utterly charming. As Jas points out, they'd make a lovely hostess gift. And I also think they would look amazing as edible "votives" at each place setting on a holiday table.

The lush Canadian Cabin Christmas Mantel from Dining Delight is brimming with holiday inspiration. Lori's effective use of red and black buffalo check, moose, greenery, red berries, and pinecones combine to create a cheery focal point for a festive woodland style.

How I can be thinking about food after all the goodies I gobbled up over Thanksgiving-- I will never know. But Kit's  Bakery Style Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins from her blog, The Kittchen, looked so delicious that I had to pin them to make for my upcoming Christmas party.

The beautiful and unique Romantic Fresh Flower Christmas Tree from Libbie of A Life Unfolding would be the perfect centerpiece for a holiday open house as guests could take a vase of fresh flowers from the tree as a party favor.

I recently shared the following on The Red Painted Cottage:

It's hard to imagine that Thanksgiving will be here in two weeks, and I know many of us already have Christmas on our minds.  With that being said, I've pulled together a few features I really fell in love with this week, but I want you to know there were many more that were feature worthy!

This week's featured links

This stunning, yet simple farmhouse Christmas wreath from Simply Designing really stole my heart.  It's made from a large embroidery hoop, and Ashley shows you how to cover the wreath hanger she used.  I can picture this hanging on one of our interior doors for the holidays.

While I'm showing a touch of Christmas, let's continue with this other awesome idea from The Everyday Home.  Barb provides a list of inexpensive supplies you'll need, along with three different printables for you to make these cute ornaments.

Randi from A Fresh-Squeezed Life, shows us how to fill a large container with flowers, without breaking our budget!  I know she's using spring flowers here, but this would be a great idea for the coming holidays.  Ingenious!

Who loves pecan pie for Thanksgiving?  Who loves chocolate?  Now add the two together and you get a dark chocolate pecan pie!  MMMM Good!  This recipe comes from Erin at Delightful E Made.  I'm sure your guests will rave about this one.

If you're thinking of painting a room gray, From Play Dates to Parties shares 4 great tips on how to find the right shade of gray.  Leslie explains about all the undertones and what you need to take into consideration.  From my own experience I know that gray can be a difficult color to chose for any room.

Share Your Style Link Party #142

Hello everyone!

Welcome back to another week of Share Your Style.  I'm Kelly from The Essence of Home and will be your host this week.

When you link up to this party, your post will appear on all six blogs at once!

We would love it if you would follow our social media if you're not already.

Here are some features from last week's party:

Simple Nature Decor shared a tour of her beautiful house.  She is moving and wanted to show it one last time.  It's gorgeous!  I would hate to have to leave that.

The Happy Housie shared her gorgeous master bedroom for Fall.  I love the soft colors and how bright and sunny it is.  It looks like it's in a resort!

Twelve on Main shared a video tutorial on how to make those adorable velvet and fabric pumpkins we see everywhere.  It's a very simple craft and perfect for people like me that can't sew!

Not Just a Housewife shared her latest love for concrete.  Yes, you read that right!  I love it too.  Take a look at all the pretty things made of concrete these days.

Aren't these features fun?  Now, I can't wait to see what you have to share with us this week!  Please be sure to link back to this party on your post.
