Share Your Style Link Party #111

Hello everyone and welcome back to another awe inspiring Share Your Style party. This week your party host is me, Lynn, author of the blog The Vintage Nest.

Remember when you link up to one blog your creativity is seen on all six of our blogs!  And don't forget to add a link on your post back to the party!  Thank You

Again last week all of you who linked up really knocked it out of the park with your creativity! It is NEVER easy to pull just a few links to feature, but here are a few that caught my eye.

More than a Mom of Three has the perfect cute surprise for your dinner guest on Easter.  Tulips made from tomatoes and chives.  I am definitely doing this one.  Adorable!

Jolena of the blog, While I Linger, takes on a junkin', antiquing trip with her, around her home of Massachusetts.   I would love to go to any one of these fun places.

Common Ground treats us with a very, very charming Spring table center piece.  I am in love!

Can you stand it?!!  Is this not the sweetest Easter basket ever.....or it's perfect for a Spring baby shower too.  Satsuma gives a tutorial on how to make it.

And my last feature of this week is Barbara of 21 Rosemary Lane.  You must click over to her blog and see her daughter's bedroom make-over.  It's fun, colorful, and such a happy room.  Love the faux fur pieces.

thank you to all who participate and if you were featured please put this cute button on your blog.  I know your time is precious but you won't be disappointed if you can just visit a few of the other party goers.  Meet some new blog friends and get some pretty wonderful ideas.

And now on to the party oxox

Farmhouse Style Easter Breakfast Table in the Kitchen

Hello, good morning and happy Monday! OMGosh has it been busy since March 20th...the first day of spring. I hope you all had a chance to visit part one of 21 Rosemary Lane's spring home tour last week. If not you can be whisked away to the tour by clicking here. Today I am giving you a sneak peek at part two by sharing with my kitchen table all set for an Easter breakfast.

I like to keep things simple in the kitchen so this year the Easter touch is added in the way of my little bunny salt and pepper shakers I bought several years back. They are from Fritz & Floyd.

Yellow and pink tulips (tulips happen to be my favorite flower) placed in a galvanized bucket adorn the center of the table.

Hard cooked farm fresh country eggs are ready to go as they sit in a white ironstone bowl.

The pretty napkins from Ralph Lauren add the perfect touch of coordinating color to the yellow and white plates. (Did you notice the adorable little bunnies embossed on the plate rim?? How cute is that??)

Apples on a two tiered plate stand add a little more color to the backdrop of the tablescape.

I love the pops of color against the crisp white and neutral gray of the kitchen walls.

Are you getting your home ready for Easter??? It is only a few weeks away!
Wishing you all a fabulous week!

XO

Share Your Style Link Party #110

Hello everyone and welcome back to another awe inspiring Share Your Style party. This week your party host is me, Barbara from the blog

Remember when you link up to one blog your creativity is seen on all six of our blogs!

Again last week all of you who linked up really knocked it out of the park with your creativity! It is NEVER easy to pull just a few links to feature, but here are a few that caught my eye.

The first feature of the week is a fun and informative post from Jenna over at the blog Rain on a Tin Roof. I definitely can relate to Jenna with regard to inherited family furniture and the issue of "not letting things go" I adore the idea of updating and re-purposing such treasured pieces.
This next feature is a darling little plant stand makeover from Chas over at Let's Create. Chas gave her plant stand a fresh coat of soft turquoise and then topped it off with a cute little plant. Just perfect for spring!!!

Speaking of spring and the color turquoise, this next link is from the blog The Turquoise Home.
Laura shared her spring mantel but I think the entire room just oozes of spring!

Another spring/Easter inspired post was linked up by Dagmar of Dagmar's Home. I just love her pretty pastels and sweet little bunnies placed about the table.

And the last feature of the week comes from Sharon of the blog What the Fork. Sharon baked this amazing gluten free coconut cake. I would love a piece right now!!!

If you were featured this week please make sure to grab our sweet little feature button to display proudly on your blog!

We'd greatly appreciated if you could kindly include a link back to
Share Your Style somewhere on your blog or in the post you link up. Also be sure to visit other party goers for inspiration and to make some new bloggy friends.

Spring Home Tour 2017 ~ Part One

Hello and if you landed here by way of Julia's beautiful spring tour over at Cookoo4 Design welcome. But before I utter another word, I want to send out a very special thank to my friend Marty from the sensational blog A Stroll Thru Life. Marty has been putting together these home tours for a couple years now, and I know that it just has to be a lot of work on her part, so I really want to express my gratitude for Marty's tenacity in organizing and getting this fabulous spring show of 30 homes off the ground!

Part one of the tour includes the entry, dining room and our main living space aptly called the living room. I'm also going to share with you our daughter Grace's bedroom just in case you missed the reveal or are new to 21 Rosemary Lane. So without further ado, here is our home all decked out for spring!

We recently had a major mid March snowstorm here in the northeast that dumped about 10 inches of snow on the ground. (And happens to still be here!) But that's OK with me because when I walk into the entry of our home I am greeted by a huge pitcher filled with spring inspired flowers. I also fell in love with the little buggy pillow from Pier One which sits on the foyer's Antibes green chair.

Another new addition to our spring foyer, aside from the new railing going upstairs, is the cute little bunny plate I picked up at Home Goods.

Now we can move on into the dining room...

...where the dining table is filled with blue and white delf...

...with more on top of the breakfront.

The living room is really where spring has sprung with bright yellows cast about the room.

The sunny yellow paired with turquoise blue really makes this room cheerful and bright. I think the living room is now my favorite room in our entire home.

And now onto Grace's bedroom makeover. I think this room just exudes the feeling of spring with its pretty blue wall color and bright floral bedding.

And so you have our 2017 spring tour. (part one that is!) I am so thrilled you took the time to swing by for a visit. Part 2 of the tour will be the kitchen area which will be coming up in a few days. I truly hope you will plan to stop by again.

I also hope you will follow along with this week of home tours. Marty has pulled together such an amazing array of talent that there is bound to be a home or two, or three, or even 30 that will help inspire the beautiful season of spring.

Just take a look at this incredible lineup!!
