Share Your Style Link Party #137

Hello Everyone and welcome to Share Your Style #137.  I’m Carol from The Red Painted Cottage and I’m so happy to be your host this evening.

When you link up to our party, your post will appear on all six of our blogs at the same time.

We would love to have you follow us
I recently shared the following on The Red Painted Cottage:

All of you did it again!  You wowed me with your fabulous posts and made it so hard to narrow everything down.  Before I share my features with everyone, I just want you to know that you had fabulous fall tours, yummy recipes, great DIY tutorials and awesome photography in so many of your posts.  I pinned so many of them to my Pinterest boards.

This week's features

Without a doubt fall is here; at least at Vintage, Paint and more!  These easy twine wrapped acorns won my heart over and I know I'll be adding a few to our fall decor next year.

I know that cabbage is either a love or hate affair for many people.  But for Mr. Cottage and I, we happen to love it; so when I showed him this slow cooker cabbage and kielbasa recipe from Brooklyn Farm Girl, he said I needed to get this recipe printed off.  Guess what I'll be cooking!

An Oasis in the Desert has so much she shares with you about her found treasures.  To understand everything about these treasures, you really need to read through this and look at her photos.  Oh, and did I mention they just celebrated 48 years of marriage.  Congratulations!

There were so many beautiful fall blog tours, from the short and simple to long and gorgeous.  I chose a rather simple one that was restricted to just the kitchen.  I figured wherever you live, whether in a large house, a tiny house or an apartment you have some sort of a kitchen.  Clean and Scentsible shares easy fall kitchen decorating ideas that anyone can use, regardless of your decorating style.

With autumn now here, I love looking at beautiful gardens where flowers are still blooming.  One such garden is found at Thelma's Days where she takes us on a tour of her garden with beautiful photography.  But what I found really intriguing was what she found on the beach and how it's now residing in her garden.  What is it?  You'll have to go and see it.

Congratulations to our featured bloggers!  Make sure you grab our featured button and share it on your blog.

We would appreciate if you could include a link back to our party on your blog post.  Please, no repeats for one year. Thank you to everyone who linked up and visited last week.
And now, let’s party!

Wow!.......I sat for hours reading and looking at all your links.....so much great inspiration, recipes, lifestyle thoughts and decorating.   Hard to choose the features but I finally narrowed it down to some favorites.   If you were featured, please grab our button and proudly display it on your blog.  And don't forget add a link back to our party on your post.

I used to have a tree in my home for every season but as I aged and simplified, I stopped doing it.  But seeing County Road 407's autumnal tree has inspired me to do the same this Fall.  Can't wait to get started.  Isn't her's beautiful?

Everything I love about Fall, all rolled up in this recipe.  What's not to love? Right!!!!!
Keri Lynn of All Because She Saved shares her recipe for Caramel Apple Cheese Cake in a jar.  Yummo!

No orange here says the blog, So Much Better with Age.  She shares her purple, white and green Fall decorating theme for her home.  So beautiful.  Thank you for sharing.

I adore seeing all the butterflies in my gardens and is always one of the things I miss most about summer, their departure along with the hummingbirds.  So I was so captivated by Joanne, of the blog, Gingham Gardens,  post on her monarch butterflies.  She is a passionate gardener.  Thank you for sharing Joanne.  How many butterflies can you count on this gorgeous purple flowering plant?

Now on to this week's party.  Thank you for joining us.

Home Tour Fall 2017

Hi everyone and welcome to 21 Rosemary Lane's Fall Home Tour. Gosh I love this time of the year...it honestly is my absolute favorite season. I love all of the colors and cool crisp air as it moves in to bring those sweltering temps to a much more comfortable degree, for me at least. Living in central New Jersey our surroundings just seems to morph this time of the year, into an amazing kaleidoscope of autumn color.

Let me share with you what we will have to look forward to in the next month.

So with all of that amazing inspiration how could one not be fall inspired...right??? What I like to do is to bring those gorgeous colors into our home and kind of sprinkle it all around!

The big pitcher filled with seasonal flowers on the sideboard is a bit of a staple, but I decided to move over to the right when the large floor planet was purchased. Then last week I picked up this pretty lamp at Home Goods

This year I kept the mantel decor to a minimum. I just wanted simple little pops of color.

A couple of new orange pillows from Pier One along with some florals found at Home Goods. adds more fall color.

In the spring the dining room was painted Nantucket Grey by Ben Moore. The perfect backdrop for mpops of orange.

The starburst mirror was another addition in the spring. I love the way it reflects the light.

September is such a stunning month. The weather is still warm enough to be outside with either a sweater or light jacket, just perfect for dining out doors!

I so hope you enjoyed your tour of 21 Rosemary Lane. I know I loved having you on over. I do want to send out a special thank you do Marty of the very popular and glamours blog A Stroll Thru Life. Marty you are the queen of bling...love your style and to you my readers please be sure to stop by A Stroll Thru Life. I promise you you'll just fall in love with Marty and her nothing less than elegant style!

Wishing you a wonderful autumn filled with the inspiration of all of this season's beauty!

PS... make sure not to miss one minute of this incredible fall series...honestly there truly is something or everyone!

Recently on Feathering My Empty Nest, I shared a couple of posts about my summer vacation to the gorgeous Canadian province of New Brunswick:

Now that Labor Day has come and gone, we have to face the fact that summer is truly in our rear view mirror. And while I will miss all the fun in the sun, there is a lot to celebrate about Fall. Last week's terrific party posts definitely have me excited about all things Fall. And I am sure that this week's features will inspire you too.

This Week's Featured Links:

The end of summer means back to school, back to our routines, and back to jam-packed schedules with little time to cook. Lydi from Lydi Out Loud helps out with that, with her quick and easy but flavor-filled and nutritious week night recipe for "Basil Couscous Salad With Citrus Roasted Chicken."

With the advent of Fall, our attention moves indoors, and Paula from Sweet Pea shared a super fast and super chic DIY tutorial for an interior decor piece to display those books on your Fall reading list. Her industrial style bookshelf made from galvanized steel pipe and pipe fittings just screws together in 5 minutes --no welding required.

Fall is all about the pumpkins. And these Twisted Paper Bag Pumpkins from Cathy of Vintage Paint And More will add a unique neutral but textural element to your autumn decor. I particularly love the charming details of the newsprint leaves and twine-covered stems.

Another pumpkin oriented post that caught my eye was from Master Pieces Of My Life. I have been seeing metal pumpkins all over the place this year, and Mary Jo has artfully incorporated these galvanized gourds into a truly inspiring fall garden vignette.

Lastly, when I think of Fall, I think of hot apple cider and donuts.  Mini from Moms Need To Know combines both of these Fall treats with her delicious recipe for "Homemade Apple Cider Donuts." She totally has me imagining my sweater wearing self, sitting on my screened porch, sipping coffee, and scarfing down a donut or two as I watch the leaves change!
