This year we hit the ground running as the last day of the kid's school year was the first day of our first trip. We headed out camping on Assateague Island.
Then on to Cape May N.J.for the fourth!
The kids swam A LOT and even made a few dollars on their lemonade stand. Michael celebrated his 9th birthday and Grace was a finalist in the National American Miss Pageant.
I even got a few projects done between all of our travels and activities.
Then at the end of July we were off to Canada and Niagara Falls.
Grace and Michael swam in the Great Lake Huron and finger lake, Lake Skaneateles.
The summer was filled with fun in the sun and plenty of ice cream!
I bid a fond farewell to summer 2013, it surely was a fun packed one. But I am looking forward to the fall with it's crisp air and all the beautiful colors it brings.
Ahhh such inspiration!!!

Barbara, I enjoyed looking at your vacation/travel posts! You certainly have a wonderful family vibe and the kids look so happy. I just took the decorating quiz you were so nice to link to on your sidebar--I am French Country-- probably very accurate!! Enjoy the last few weeks of summer! Linda
