Share Your Style Link Party #160

Hello everyone and welcome to Share Your Style #160!  I'm Carol from The Red Painted Cottage and I'll be your host this evening!

When you link to our party, your blog will be shown on all five of our blogs shown below.

We would love to have you follow us:

I recently shared the following on The Red Painted Cottage

I know so many of us in parts of the country are anxiously awaiting the arrival of spring, but Mother Nature has had other plans that includes snow and more snow.  Fortunately here in Michigan we haven't gotten hit that hard and I can listen to birds chirping when I take our dog Sadie for a walk. As usual, you all submitted great blog posts and each one of you deserve to be featured; but as you know, that's not possible.

This Week's Featured Links

With spring just two weeks away, Carol from Bluesky At Home shows us 6 steps to take in preparing flowers for a pretty arrangement.  The flowers she used were all purchased from her local grocery store, but you would never guess that.  Aren't they beautiful!

St. Patrick's Day is next week and that means corned beef will be on sale at your grocery store this coming week.  Marilyn, from Marilyn's Treats shows you how simple and easy it is to use a crock pot to make corned beef and cabbage.  Not only that, but by cooking it in this method, your corned beef won't be dry.  If you love corned beef, check out her recipe!

You won't want to miss this new makeup vanity over at An Oasis in the Desert.  While you're there, Carol also has a link to her fabulous Dream Closet.  It's the type of closet every woman wishes for!  The amazing thing about her vanity and this closet, is her wonderful husband designed and built it all for her.  Unfortunately, she tells us that he's not on loan!

I can't tell you why, but I was totally smitten with this post on old telephones that Dianne from Deanie's Stash wrote.  Maybe it's because I'm old and remember using some of these phones, or it's because I love antiques and vintage items, along with my love of history.  She owns phones dating back to the very early 1900's.  It's a walk down memory lane for some of us oldie but goodies, and for the younger crowd it's a look at history.

Congratulations to our featured bloggers!  Make sure to grab our Share Your Style button to display on your blog.

We would appreciate  if you could provide a link back to our party on your blog post.  Please, no repeats for one year.  Thank you to everyone who linked up and visited last week.

Now Let's Party!
