Time Out ~ Taking a Little Bloggy Break

Hi Everyone,
I know I haven't been as prolific with my blogging over the past week as I usually am. This is due to the fact that my parents are up from Florida for few weeks and I am just taking some time away from the bloggy world to visit with them.

My parents are splitting their time visiting in both Pennsylvania with my sister Kim, and here in New Jersey with me. We both want to spend as much time with our parents as possible since we know the chances of them making a return trip dwindles with each passing year.

It will be nice though to spend Mother's Day with my own mom.

We are having a little family backyard picnic, nothing too fancy. Then next Friday my Gracie has her first "date". (She was asked to the 6th and 7th grade dance and is very excited!) I really have no idea where the time has gone. It seems like just yesterday she looked like this, a little girl digging in the sand.

Now she is almost 13 and looking more like a young lady with each passing day.

I don't want to forget mentioning my little man Michael...

...who is also growing up way too fast.

I know the window of time where my children are young and I still have both my parents here in this world is incredibly small, and will be gone in what will feel like the blink of an eye. So this time is very special to all of us.

Wishing you all a wonderful week!

XO
PS...don't forget to stop by tomorrow evening for the 12th Share Your Style Link Party!

It opens at 7pm sharp!
