I have been wanting to photograph an outside tablescape since we got our first snow back in December. So finally today while we were having about 9-10 more inches of fresh snow dumped on us, I put together my St. Valentine's Day table.
It was kind of fun shooting during the snow fall. And as it fell, I noticed that the snow had begun to make my tablescape look more interesting. The white fluff even started filling up the wine glasses.
Then in the middle of my shoot, a big gust of wind came along and blew the soft snow off the branches of a nearby tree creating a squall of snow!
The snow finally stopped and the sky had started to clear as the sun began its evening descent.
The gorgeous backdrop of frosted trees and a glowing sky provided by God, made this the perfect setting for my St. Valentine tablescape.

Just exquisite! I kept waiting for the candle's to be lit..but I imagine the snow would have snuffed them out. Of course it would have. What a great idea..We all loved it. :) Stay warm.
