Today my sister Kim and I are driving up to Brimfield Massachuetts for the largest antique show and flea market in the country. The show began on Tuesday September 6th and will run until Sunday September 11th. We are packed, primed, cash in hand, and the minivan has be stripped of all it's interior holdings which exist behind the front seats in order to make way for our purchases. It will be a 4 hour car ride straight to our destination so we should begin shopping by 1:30 pm after a quick picnic lunch in the car.
Our plan is to stay until Sunday when the show closes and then we will head on back, hopefully, with some beautiful new treasures!
While we are in Massachusetts, we will be staying at the Lathrop House, a B & B in Springfield, Mass. which is about a 30 minute drive from Brimfield!
