Well it is the time of year to start thinking about gifts for our kiddies teachers, and if you are anything like me, I am usually stumped as to what to give them. So in an effort to get a little bit of a jump on things this year, here are few ideas I found while out and about perusing the Internet that I thought I'd share with you.
This first idea is the perfect gift for any gardener. It's simply a painted terra cotta pot with the saucer as its lid, and a cute little trowel tied on with decorative ribbon. You could even place inside it seed packets and/or a gift card from Lowes, Home Depot or your local nursery.
For the Tea Lover
Summer beach fun...beach towel, suntan lotion and the latest "People" or "O" Magazine.
How about a plant in a darling pencil container?
Homemade Body Scrub.
Personalized Stenciled Tea Towels
Cute Candy Jar
Cookie Mix in a Jar!
This is one I'd love...how about a magazine subscription?
And you know how much I have been working with clay pots as of late...you can make this cute little Crate & Barrel Chalkboard Herb Pot knockoff. Click on the photo below to take you to my link to see how these are made.
I hope some of these gave you an idea or two!

Barbara: I must admit that I'm glad that is one less gift that I have to worry about anymore. But if I had to, besides your cute little herb pots, I love the red and white pot with red trowel..Happy May Day to you..Judy
