This year the home chosen as Bucks County Pennsylvania's 2014 Designer House was a 245 year old farmhouse which sits on 9 acres of wooded land, and is known as Serendipity Farm. So a couple weekends ago my sister Kim, good friend Christina and I took the tour which is offered during the month of May as a fundraiser for the local hospital. All proceeds from the tours will go towards renovating the hospital's birthing center.
We took the inside tour of both the main house and the quaint cottage abode which sits adjacent. Since no photography was allowed inside the home I will be sharing with you the lovely gardens and grounds of Serendipity Farm.
The main house...
There are Christina and Kim now enjoying a break from the tour as they relax on the back patio and take in the stunning views.
"Oh garson, 2 white wines please."
The cottage...
Good doggie!
Beautiful isn't it?? Serendipity Farm celebrated the hospital's 39th Designer House...can't wait to see what will be chosen as next year's gorgeous site!
Wishing you a great start to your week!!!

Barbara, that's so pretty! The gardens are so wonderful that I can only imagine how pretty the interiors must have been. Going on home and garden tours is one of my very favorite things to do.
ReplyDeleteBarbara, what beautiful grounds! The gardens and plants are gorgeous! I was trying really hard to peek in the cottage windows! I am sure that both homes were beautiful inside.
