Pesto and Pinenut Appetizer

I don't know why I think I can remember everything and not have to write anything down! My sister-in-law brought this to the family Super Bowl party 2 weeks ago and I asked her for the recipe. Well needless to say I didn't write it down but I think I got it right!!!

This is a super yummy appeteeeeezer. Using a thin crust Boboli crust all I added was pesto, mozzerella, sun dried tomatoes and toasted pinenuts!

Amounts of ingredients and place on crust in this order...
1 Boboli thin crust
1/2 c. pesto
1 c. mozzarella shredded
2 oz toasted pinenuts
1/2 c. sun dried tomatoes sliced in stips

Bake in oven preset to 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes

Super easy, super yummy!!!
