7 Easy and Fun St. Valentine's Day Crafts

With St. Valentine's Day just around the corner, I thought it would be fun to pull together some of the cute Valentine's Day crafts created over the years here at
21 Rosemary Lane!
(Just follow the links below to be whisked away to each craft's easy peasy tutorials!

Made with an inexpensive wooden frame, Mod Podge and some printed card stock paper.

All you need is a cardboard form, some pretty wrapping paper and a lot of patience!

Just couldn't resist making this sweet little cuppy cake!

A fun way to present a gift to that special someone. I made one for each of the kids and Mr. Rosemary Lane!

Made from a spaghetti sauce jar.

Just printed paper, construction paper and jute twine.

I used the last two items to help create my Valentine's day mantelscape a couple years ago.

And Finally using a Styrofoam ball, printed card-stock paper, some ribbon and pearl topped straight pins, I made this pretty

These were all fun to do and the kids liked them too!

Don't forget to stop by tomorrow evening for another fabulous Share Your Style link party!

And have a great day!!!

  1. Good Morning Barbara! Welcome back. We have spoken back and forth on my personal Facebook page since yesterday evening about me missing you.

I just launched my blog yesteday...3 whole posts! Woo! I just wanted to reconnect through my blog and tell you I am in love with your crafts. I can't decide which is my favorite...who doesn't love a garland and such a unique one that inspires ideas for decorating a nursery! The ornament is precious and I can just see it on a night tray at the bedside by a cup of tea for my awaiting guest. The wreath is gorgeous, sounds a bit intimidating...I'll have to check that out. One can never have too many wreaths in my opinion. The only problem I see with that cupcake is that I want to eat it! The gift cone again can be translated into other holidays and celebrations and is just so thoughtful. The day is not complete without a fragrant candle burning and that looks like a fun craft to try. Making memories even more special by decorating the frames...I can dream up lots of ideas to use that treatment on.
But of course your photography only makes it all so much more inviting. Thank you for sharing your gift.

  2. Oh my! I just wrote a long comment and it disappeared. I will try again.

    Good Morning Barbara,

Welcome Back! We have been chatting back and forth since yesterday on my personal Facebook page since I was missing you.

I just launched my blog yesterday, 3 whole posts! Woo! You were one of the people whose blog inspired me to write.

I love your Valentine Crafts. I was trying to pick my favorite and I simply can't.

Who doesn't love a garland? This one inspires me to consider making one for a nursery as a permanent decoration.

The ornament is precious. I can see it on a night tray next to a cup of tea awaiting my overnight guest.

One can never have too many wreaths, and this one is very pretty...perhaps a bit intimidating but I will check it out.

The cupcake? Well unfortunately I want to eat it, so that is not good. But looking good enough to eat...love it.

The day isn't done until I have lit a fragrant candle and this craft looks like something I could do.

Your cone gift holder is another idea that translates into other holidays or celebrations. It is so thoughtful.

But of course none of it would be as appealing as it is without your amazing photography. Thank you for sharing your gift and inspiration.
