Model House Tour Part One "Poet's Walk" ~ The Kitchen and Great Room

One thing my sister and I love to do is stroll through these mega mansion model homes and this house Kim found is certainly no exception. The house is located in Ivyland Pennsylvania and was built by Judd Builders. The home is part of a new development called Poet's Walk and let me tell you that this is one spectacular house!

I am going to take you for a tour of the home however since it it so huge (I must have somewhere around 150 photos to share with you) I am going to break the tour down into 3 posts. Today I will begin by sharing with you the kitchen and living space adjacent to it! Hang onto your hats folks...this is one fantastic tour!

  7. Fabulous home, furnishings and accessories! I LOVE going into model homes for ideas. There is a model home where my daughter and SIL are and it is very similiar in design. I asked the lady there if they were going to sell it and she said they would never be able to sell it because: the houses in the development go for in the $300's. When they built the model they put in EVERY option plus some you couldn't get, so it is worth about 7 to $8000,000.00! It would never sell so thety plan to use it for corporate people who have to move to the area for a year or 2 etc. I am going now to see the rest of your tour!!!
